Overview

The KÜHLTEC Feed Tube O-Ring Kit (7-Pack) contains seven genuine replacement O-rings, specifically designed for feed tube sealing in KÜHLTEC gravity-feed soft-serve machines.

These O-rings function as low-movement, low-friction static seals, meaning they experience significantly less wear than dynamic seals used in pistons.

• Fusion Pro 100 → 1 kit required
• Fusion Pro 200 → 2 kits required
• Fusion Pro 300 → 2 kits required

For Fusion Pro 200 and 300 models, two kits are required to service both feed tubes.

Maintenance Guidance

• Inspection: Every 3 months
• Replacement: Only if required, based on condition

Replace the O-rings if wear, deformation, or leakage is observed.

When to Replace

Replace immediately if you notice:

• Cracks or surface splits
• Loss of elasticity or flattening
• Swelling or deformation
• Loose fit in the groove
• Product leakage or air ingress
